Got the Milestone yesterday, and there was no Android Market on it, even though, it's there on many other Milestones exactly like mine. Maybe because I got it from Egypt, and there's no Market for Egypt.
Now, I heard that flashing/rooting may get back the Market.
I have no experience at all in Rooting to be honest, but I can handle it. I just want a simple guide and I would be so thankful guys.
