how to flash or reinstall symbian on Nokia phone?

I have Nokia E72 nice phone on paper only its been freezing all the time and i have to restart it close twice every day its annoying so I'm looking for a way to reinstall or install better version of symbian OS because i have tried nokia ovi suite for update it made even worse. shame on nokia. Any website which have stuff for nokia for phone or anything would be useful
