how to flash a sprint rumor touch to cricket?

i dnt have the 50 somthing dollars to get mi phone fully flashed to cricket i just need a lil help with how to flash my phone step by step if any 1 could help i would really appreciate it. like i said in the question its a sprint lg rumor touch

I am in the same situation, except my not so good quality cricket phone bit the dust. I have a Sprint LG Rumor touch that I previously used-high cost service w/ Sprint. I really can't afford to pay to have it flashed and feel I am somewhat knowledgable enough to do it with a little help from someone who has experience in doing this.
