Hello... Im doing a project on subliminal messages and i want to flash an image in a video at a very hight speed. I tried using movie maker but the hightes speed possible was 0.03s wich is not what i want :/ i would like to flash the video at a speed of apriximitly 70ms (0.007). I tried using sony vegas but it was very complicated... I would like to find something as simple as movie maker but that alows me to flash an image at a very hight speed.
