how to flash a g1 tmobile phone to be on a att plan?

I have a g1 tmobile phone that i just got from my friend and he had it on tmobile. I already have a att sims card and want to keep att. I want to know how to flash the phone from tmobile to att and i want to do it myself not bring it to someone
