How to fix seized brakes on a 1994 FWD Toyota Tercel sedan?

I really need to know how to fix this, I could not find any information on the internet that could help me. I've heard you can just hit the brakes with a hammer but think that doesn't work. So can some1 who knows how to do this plz help!

they are seized as in when i try to back up with my car, the brakes remain locked and i can't move the car, suposedly it's because i didn't move the car very much. As far as which part of the brakes are seized, i do not know exactly
