The drivers seat of my Integra is not sliding all the way forward anymore. The dealer adjusted it one time and told me that the rails need to be replaced because of all the ball bearings. So my question is, how do I adjust the rails myself to get the seat to pull all the way forward? It's stops a good 4 inches away. This is driving me nuts because I actually need to sit at least an inch closer! Do I need to remove the seat and then do what? Can I fix this without removing the seat? Are the ball bearings caught or something?
