I just recently got a palm pre phone through sprint. I've been semi-okay with it, however, the screen locks up sometimes when I make a phone call. I think I read somewhere that it's supposed to lock when you're calling someone so that your ear doesn't hit the screen and dial someone else. However, when I'm finished making the phone call, I cannot get the screen to come back on. The only way I can get the phone to function again is to remove and reinsert the battery. This is getting quite frustrating. Is there something that I, myself, can do about this?
