My Nokia E63 has started acting up. When i recieve a text from someone on my contact list, it shows up as an unknown number. And also i only recieve texts when i turn my phone off and on again. Please help, it's so annoying!
ok,here's a simple solution.backup your phone data.then restart it,and after it boots up to the standby screen, dial *#7370#.enter the phone lock code.the device will restart and format itself.this should correct your problem
