So i was using my phone today and then the screen becomes unresponsive, and it starts glitching. The whole screen goes blank and all that shows is a gray backlight. I pulled the battery out several times, and it just takes me back to the screen. I let my phone die, i plug it back in and still no luck. I would appreciate any suggestions on what i should try.
