My dodge ram a/c blows and you can hear the fan and run at different speeds. But when I have it high, it blows like crap and you can barely feel it. It comes out cold but very little power behind it.
if the fan sounds fine at all the different speeds you probably have some kind of blockage in the vents
check your cabin air filter and the vent inlets and outlets for anything that might have gotten in there
