how to fix my broken car cd player?

i have a jaquar xkr and its about 10 years old. The CD player is located in the trunk and its one of those boxes where you put 6 cd's in. But when I try loading a CD, it says "no dis". Is there anyway to fix it? Could I go to a jaquar store and have them fix it or could I get another one?
