How to fix my blackberry bold keyboard?

i have a blackberry bold and i have a password lock on it but when i went to unlock it says type in blackberry. But my letter a on my keyboard is mess up and the hangup button and the answer doesn't work right. Plus the trackball doesn't even click i can't use my insurance because i use it already and if i use it again they will take it away. how can i fix this
