How to Fix my 2006 Jeep Liberty's Window Problem?

My 2006 Jeeps Libertys rear window keeps sliding down on its own and every time i try to put it up and down, i hear a motor running but nothing happens. I think it has something to do with the window regulator. Is there anyway I can fix this problem on my own because I really do not want to deal with this with my car dealer or anyone else
