How to fix "Low memory crash" for iPod touch app that I made it work fine on

iPhone but not on itouch? My app was rejected from apple because it has a low memory crash when tested on iPod touch but runs fine on iPhone. I'm new at iPhone development and if someone could help me with the steps involved in fixing my app or even giving me hits. Everything will help
