How to fix jeep grand cherokee wj/wg Lighting?

So i have a Jeep Grand cherokee and the Light are always going out
But when I go to fix it the Bulb aways seems to be fine
So why is It that this happens? How do i fix it
 
check the fuses and the wiring if the fuse has blown it needs replacing and check any connections for the wiring
 
Many tail and head light bulbs have flat plastic base to them with the circuit wire running up the side of the base of that light bulb.Many people do not know that those wires on the side of the base of the bulb open circuit and can not be seen and the filament looks like it should work,so we plug them back in and nothing works.Buy new bulbs,check bulb socket for defects,check light ground connections and wire connections.Could have a defective light switch or switch connection.I hope this has helped.
