Hello, I have a 1990 cadillac fleetwood and I been having an ongoing problem for a while now. For some reason my dashboard lights blink on and off and sometimes a d is on display. I also have to disconnect the positive terminal to keep my battery from draining out. Because when its off it seems to turn my radio on as its blinking on and off. I also hear a clicking noise on the bottom passenger side located at the fuse and relay box. Can I get some insight on how to fix this myself.
