Hi everyone,Please teach me How to fix Error 3194 when downgrade iOS4 To 3.1.3.with clear detail. my iphone 3gs has iOS4 and i want to downgrade to 3.1.3.Note.I don't have SHSH in cydia.i try a lot of solutions,but no luck.
hope some hacker can solove this problem.thanks in advance.
