How to fix Chrysler Cirrus Codes 71, 33, and 23?

I have a 95 Chrysler Cirrus 2.5L V6 and with the "key dance" I got codes: 71 (5V supply Output to low or High), 33 (AC clutch Relay circuit), and 23 (Intake Air Temperature Sensor Circuit) .. Can someone tell me how I can check and fix all these codes so my check engine light turns off? PS i've reset the computer a few times and codes have not been cleared.
