how to fix broken Chevy S-10 ZR3 door?

The third door of my s-10 is broken. The top locks unlock, but the bottom locks don't. I need instructions that will fix this.

You have a broken cable inside the door that releases that bottom latch,I can't give you specifics but you'll have to remove the door panel and take a look usually those cables are sold as an assembly with the handle and sometimes they can be rigged to work with out buying new parts.You'll just have to get in there and see what you got
