On certain programs/websites which try to use the built in motion eye webcam on my vaio VGN-FW21Z I get a black webcam box with the message 'bluetooth video service not running'
Sometimes I get an option box to change between 'bluetooth video' and 'sony visual communications camera' neither of which solves the problem.
I have tried reinstalling driver, reinstalling bluetooth driver etc.(Sony do not supply a specific webcam driver for my model and recommend the built in Vista driver).
I can however get the camera working using the the supplied Arksoft webcam software with no problems. Skype also works
