How to fit in personal training with sports?

I'm a football (soccer) player who has training three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday- 6: 30- 8: 30 pm). I drastically need to improve my strength and speed (not that I'm unfit- I'm just looking for much improvement) so I need to fit in polymetrics and weight training at least 3 days a week each, but I also need days for rest and recovery. And I'm afraid that if I do things on the same day of my training I'll tire myself out and not perform well. Is there any way I could schedule all this around my training sessions?
