I'd like to design and fit an odometer to my cycle. Any easy-to-follow procedure for this? I'm really looking forward to doing this and see how many miles i clock per week. Pour out the ideas here. Im waiting. :)
I don't want to buy it. I'm planning to make one myself. It'd be fun i'm sure. So i wish someone could guide me on that.

I don't think it would be worth it to "design" one. Just buy one from on-line or a local bike shop. Basic ones are fairly cheap, they will tell you, overall distance, trip distance, mph, average speed--cool info like that.

Good Luck, happy cycling!!!

go to any bike shop in your area and ask them about bike computers. They can recommend one for you and help you install it. they are not difficult to install at all.

You can buy a speedometer for a bike at wal-mart.The speedometer has an odometer in it.
