how to find what's on channel 809 and 810

Hello all:

Hope someone can help - Where can I view a TV schedule about what's on 'TreasureHD' and 'OasisHD'. I get a TV guide and it doesnt cover the HD channels. I live to see what's on for the whole evening. I know all about the guide on the TV, but as the other half is watching something, no chance to use the guide on the TV. I go to my Bell online, and it has a ' what's on tonight' by it does not list these two channels on the guide.

Check high definition and only the HD channels will show in the listing
