hi
i live in uk, i think i may be allergic to one or many things.

Can i go to my GP and ask him to test me?

Or is it another specialists job? if so, what is the relevant doctor profession?
Dermatologist?

I have bad skin, eczma, very itchy dry skin, dark eye circles, always tired, used to be allergic to grass in summer i recall, ive always had tired looking eyes, i dont sleep well either. When ive asked doctor they dont say anything.

I once got some dust allergy tablets from doctor.

i def think im allergic to dust, it makes me sneeze.
I dont know how to control dust and dirt and possible mites in my house.
anyone recommend any good products?
i shall vacuum and wash all washable fabrics.

any advice?
thankyou

You need to see an allergist for testing. Have no idea how you go about that over there. One typically isn't "allergic" to dust as it makes everyone sneeze but to 'dust mites" which are invisible. They typically tell you no carpets, vacuum/mop several times a week, dust furniture frequently, use non allergenic bed covers - mattress, pillows, etc. I don't know what piriton is but you could try cetirizine - which I believe y'all have in the UK - and works well. If your allergies are bad enough, you could do injections for them.
