how to find out my verizon cellphone history because my son's phone hasn't had

airtime for the past 2 weeks.? I have reset my timer for calls twice and found both times that there were quite a few calls made/received to and from my phone somehow.this happened while my phone was placed in my dresser.NOW FOR THIS REASON I AM WANTING TO VIEW MY SON'S HISTORY OF USAGE AS I HAVE HAD THIS NUMBER SINCE PURCHASING IN 2009.This evening while speaking to whomever the company phone rep was also enough to do this.The guy basically said that problems of this nature are not controllable.he then asked if my son planned on adding more airtime.we also want to review the entire history regarding the accidental removal of his installed ring tones,games,wallpapers;etc.like to look into possible ways to place again as the games were unlimited downloads.My son is the age 11yrs old and is upset with this
