One thing I found that works - google his email address. Sometimes this can bring up the affiliated chat sites he might have joined. I tracked down an old friend this way.

However - be prepared that he's likely set up a sneaky new email account if he has joined Facebook etc.

Don't forget tagged.com, or adultfriendfinder.com, or here's an idea - maybe you could just accept that there's something terribly wrong with your relationship that has eroded your trust to a level where you're spying on him. Once you admit that the trust it gone, you can decide whether you want to work on the relationship or end it. This spying stuff is juvenile and self-destructive; your mistrust will eat you alive.
