I'm from Malaysia, and looking for any kind hearted people out there to help - not me
but a friend of mine who is undergoing alot of hardship.
She and i are pretty close.
She's studying at uni, she drives herself, and her sister to school everyday. she's 17. she's on partial scholarship, in a somewhat messed up home.
Recently, her mother got breast cancer, and underwent surgery and is now at home, unable to walk or work. her sister is also facing a medical condition, and she is taking care of both of them.
Her father, is irresponsible. He doesnt take care of the family, is hardly home, does not supply any money to her for food or medical bills.
And besides that, he doesnt even care that his own wife is in bed with cancer.
She's having to use her scholarship aid, and take part time jobs to support her family who is supposed to be taken care of by her father.
Now, you may call me soppy, but this is not right.
A seventeen year old daughter, paying the bills, running the home, and taking care of her family, when her father is off doing god knows what.
I want to help, but im also 17, undergoing National Service. All i can give her is my savings.She barely has money to feed herself.
And besides that, she too has a medical condition which requires her to take insulin injections daily. Plus she has an unstable blood pressure.
Im asking anyone,with any information that can help lighten the load of my good friend, be it financially or in any other matter, to kindly step forth and try to help.
