I need to find someone in San Diego. I just need someone to tell me whats up and just help me out make a budget plan etc. I'm not trying to save for retirement or a family or anything I just need to save money and get on a budget plan and need someone to help me understand it better. I'm not sure where to look though...Anyone have any suggestion?
