I play on a high school sports team and stress has been growing immensely on my shoulders, either from my large workload, more than a person in my grade usually gets, and my practice schedule. I don't think I can go on in the season, plus I think i'm losing interest with the sport, too. How can I fake an injury or sports injury to get me out of the upcoming season? I cant just quit because my team, especially coach, are really intense about the season and I don't want any ridicule for just quitting... Thanks
