Hello,
I have the Palm Pre, and I will be sending it back to Sprint because the screen will not work. I would like to know how to perform a factory reset on the phone so they won't be able to see any contacts, pictures, etc.
I logged on to the Palm Pre website to try and Remote Wipe my phone, but I can't find the Remote Wipe button to do so, and I think you have to have an SMS verification, but I can't see the screen to do anything like that.
Is there just a few buttons I could push on my phone, or anything else?
