How to express my feeling to ex-sister in law?

Me and my ex-sister in law have known each other for a long time. Since we were teenagerd when I started dating my ex-wife. I have been divorced for 3 years and still in contact with my ex-sister in law. Mostly because my kids. She likes to play with them when they are with me. Over time I developed special feeling towards her. I want to express this feeling to her, but I am afraid she will rejects me and it will jeopardize our relationship. Based on her interaction with me, I have mix feeling.
How do I approach this ? I really like her.

That is a sticky situation...caution is what you need to think,but if shes single and your single, and both adults why can't you be happy, its a lot to think of
