I thought I was about average. Until the trip last week. It was just about 3 miles there and 3 back and I thought I won't make it. Sure, it was quite steep on the way there (I had no trouble when going back) and I had "perfect" shoes for such a trip, but no one else had problems with it. Me? Red in the face, sweating all over.
I was pretty angry at myself. True, I walked another 4 the night before, then got drunk with friends and slept for 5 hours, but most people did (except the walking)
I thought I walk generally a lot and my shape is not that bad. I'm very frustrated now. What can I do to improve it? I can't run or jump because of my hips though.
