i am 39 .. i was fit till 34 but my weight has ballooned up to 190 lbs at 5 ft 7 .. i have begun exercise this week .. and healthy eating too ..[ i am scared of heart attacks ]
i am working almost all the time .. from 4:30 AM to 10 AM and again from 5 PM to 9 PM .. [ pls dont ask what kind of work .. too tough to describe ] .. the work is 100 % on a computer and i am hunched over all the time in stress of concentrating ..
here is my question .. i go to gym ( for last 4 days ) at 10:45 AM .. now i am able to exercise for 20 minutes but will increase it as soon as i can ..
i am so tired in the gym ... ( with about 6 hours of work behind me ) .. is the exercise actually benefiting me .. if so i will stick with it [ i am persistent ] ..
my sleeping hours - 11 PM - 4 AM and 1 PM to 3 PM
