I've been sidelined from the gym/exercise besides for light stretching for the last two weeks due to an injury that occurred at the gym while working out my lower back. I have been taking it real easy and, with the help of lots of rest, have gone from not being able to get out of bed without assistance to where I now feel almost normal. My question is, what specific exercises would you recommend for me when I get back to the gym, and which should I stay away from? I really can not afford re-injuring my back. My thanks and gratitude.
