how to erase the history off a website on your computer?

i was registering for meez.com when i accidentally picked my birthdate as 1991. and now the site wont le me register.
is there any way i can delete the history of that website so i can finally register.
if you know how to erase the history, answer this question with a full step procedures on how to erase the history.
first answer with what i want and it works, gets the best answer

Go to Tools in Internet explorer > in the drop down menu choose Internet options >> then choose delete!
