How to erase data on the nokia nuron 5230 phone?

Hey I have an nokia nuron cell phone for t mobile & my memory is full on it & also my micro sd card. I looked in my instruction book but it dosent tell me anything on what to do. Can anyone tell me how to take stuff off my micro sd card thats taking up space so I can have more memory on it?
