I have been home schooling my daughter for the last two years but now I feel that she needs to socialize with a more diverse group of children. I know she needs to take the Grade Eight Proficiency Assessment but I don't know how to go about doing this, I called the Board of Education and they said I had to call the high school itself which doesn't really make sense to me, doesn't the Board set the rules? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I'm in NJ by the way.
