We made our band into an LLC because we heard it was a good idea if you were going to be touring and whatnot. Well shortly after we paid to make it an LLC and get an IRN number and all that jazz, we broke up. We made no money in between the time of creating the business and the band breaking up. I turned to band into an LLC around July of 2010 but i am just not getting around to trying to end it as a business. Any suggestions on what how to close out the business and what steps i may have to go through.
