Hes a small, 1 year old dog and we take him out 4 times a day to encourage him to pee outside. But sometimes he wont go outside on our walks and pee it could take an hours sometimes. But as soon as we come back inside, he goes straight to his crate and pees! Its like he wont pee outside, but will pee and poop in his crate! Im tired of cleaning it everyday!
