how to enable mms messaging on the nokia 5530?

I've recently purchased the Nokia 5530, but i cant receive or send any picture messages. I've had this same problem when i purchased the LG Cookie, but I later found the correct settings on the internet, but I cant seem to find the settings for this particular phone at all. If anyone can help, I'll appreciate it.Thx in advanced..
