How to enable Javascript and flash?

When my movies over the internet freeze, is not bad connection, I see a little window saying you need to enable Javascript and flash. I did all I could, still have the save problem, as soon as the movie start it freeze and start again, freeze and keep doing so. Do you have any idea?
