Hi, I just brought a new Dell vostro 230n Desktop installed windows XP.
I installed all driver from dell support. But the Advanced control in volume control will always be disable.
The computer joined domain I have tried to access with Domain admin and Local admin but it does not work the Advanced control still disabled. Any suggestion on this problem. I just wanted to enable Mic Boost in Advanced control because when I used a VOIP software the customer wont hear my voice.
