I am looking to lose a couple of inches around the waist and generally tone up a bit. I am trying to cut down on fatty and sugary foods, Am having one spoon of sugar instead of two in my coffee and having low calorie cup a soups for lunch at work. Although I do like a pint or two of bitter now and then. I have quit smoking (not had a cigarette for 9 days) which is giving me quite an appetite which i find hard to suppress.
I know i should be on five a day healthy food wise but ever since I was a kid of about 3 fruit makes me ill. I have tried to eat it but I generally end up throwing up or at the very least heaving a lot. I do like vegetables but usually cooked. So if I wanted to lose weight and get my five a day plus have some variety in my diet and avoid my dreaded fruit what could i eat? Plus are there any exercises I could do to help me lose the weight and tone up a bit.
