so im 14 and im at a pretty healthy weight. i weigh about 115 and my doctor said thats completely normal. i just tend to eat a little more starch then i should. i dance ..alot so i guess thats why i don't get too heavy. but this summer i want to ya know, be a little healthier. eat more veggies and fruits and cut back with the cookies and cakes. not completely but its just i have dessert everrrryyynight and my mom bought dounuts and ice cream and i just dont know how to actually say no to all these treats. so how? because i dont really likeeeee asparagus or tomatoes or green peeppers or alot of other veggies. i love fruits though but they don't really fill me up.. so what is healthy? what should i eat? i go to a performing arts camp everyday and its hilly so im walking up and down hills everyday and i swim laps sometimes after camp. so tell me, what exercises are good? i'd like some nice abs maybe?
