Hi, been trying to lose weight to join the army but it seems like even if I exercise I lose little weight or stay the same. I figure this is because all i have in my house is pizza/mac/tuna helper/chips/surgery cereal.
Live with my parents so they do the shopping not me.
Anywho what are some good meals that are quick to make and are good to for you..healthy snacks...healthy anything basically..I work 20 hours and am a full time student so I really dont have much time to be cooking throughout the day.
What are some foods that I should be buying...Also I cannot eat salads I get sick >< Thank You
