How to eat a Turkish breakfast in Turkey?

This question may seem a little silly, but I am just wondering what is the proper way to combine foods and eat a Turkish breakfast?

I just arrived in Turkey yesterday and today for breakfast we were served: olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, goat cheese, bologna type meat slices, bread, butter, cream cheese spread and honey.

It was amazing but I want to eat it like the locals do. If there's any Turks out there, am I supposed to combine any specific foods? Like goat cheese and honey? What is the most common element spread on bread? What is the honey most commonly eaten with? Etc...

Thank you!
