I'm trying to put on some muscle for next football season. I've got roughly 9 months to gain roughly 20 pounds, if not more. I know how to do it, and I know it can be done. But I'm at a loss on what to eat. I cannot seem to eat enough. I can't eat between 8 am and 4pm, so I basically have 1000 cal in the morning, 800 at 4, 800 at 6, 500 or so at 8, and 200 or so at 10. My only problem is I don't know how to fill out that many calories w/ easy to prepare, healthy foods. Help! I need lots of ideas!

Thanks for all the ideas. What are some good weight gainers? I drink 2 or 3 servings of EAS protein shakes a day, but that is only like 500 calories, if that. I need something better!
