How to ease stationary bike saddle sore?

I joined a gym and signed up to do a class called "spinning." I already paid for it so I have to go or else I lose my money. Its pretty much a cardio group class on stationary bikes that the gym provides for 60 mins every 2 days. I enjoy the class, but the problem is that my butt is so sore because of the seat. I can't go out and buy a new saddle obviously. What can I do to get through this 6 month class without having saddle sore the whole time? Can I sit on a towel or something? Or is it just a problem with the height of the seat? I really want to take this class and would be very upset if I had to drop it because I'm uncomfortable on the equipment.

Are you wearing cycling shorts? With a padded insert?

And if you do - are you wearing them with nothing underneath?

If that's still not the answer, use some anti-chafing lubricant like baby cream or body glide.

Avoid the "bouncing" you get when you do the super high cadences they like to do in spinning.
You sit on your sitbones. If you tilt your hips forward, you sit on your soft tissue which you should not be doing.
