im deathly afraid of thunder storms im always afraid that their will be a chance of a tornado even if i don't live in tornado ally. can anyone help me? maby by just giving me advise on how to drown out the storm or just to give me good thoughts. it would be much apprectiated. also if their is a chance you can give me tips on faceing my fear that would be great to. thank you
